In 2016, my dad bought our first rental property. Since then, my parents grew their real estate portfolio by doing the hard work themselves. Whether it's planting 50 ficus for hedging, shoveling 30 tons of landscape rocks, digging hundreds of feet of trenches, carving a 10 foot deep drain hole and cleaning up 2.5 acres of farm land, they have done it!
